Ordering Jewelry Online
The Men's Jewelry store offers secure online ordering or you may choose to mail or fax your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and PayPal payments direct through our online store. Personal checks, as well as cashiers checks and money orders are also welcome. When paying by personal check, merchandise will not be shipped until after your check has cleared our bank. When you pay by credit card, money order or cashiers check, your merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. For custom orders, please allow an additional 10 days to process your order. We are sorry, but no C.O.D. orders. For International Orders, please contact us and we will let you know if we can ship to your country. All shipping costs indicated on the website are for U.S. customers only. Shipping methods and costs for international customers depend on weight of package and USPS shipping regulations to your country.
Texas residents will be required to pay an 6.25% sales tax. Shipping in NOT taxable. The sales tax is automatically calculated when you proceed to check out.

We ship using USPS Standard Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail. Standard Mail usually takes from 4-8 business days, Priority Mail usually takes approximately 2-4 business days to arrive, but neither method is a guaranteed delivery time. Express Mail is a guaranteed 1-2 day shipping, depending on where you live. We package our jewelry in bubble wrap for extra protection. We try our best to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, even during the Christmas holiday season.
Cost for Express Mail Shipping is $22.45 for orders totaling up to $100.00, $25.45 for orders totaling $100.01 to $200.00, $28.45 for orders totaling $200.01 to $300.00, $31.45 for orders totaling $300.01 to $400.00, $34.45 for orders totaling $400.01 to $500.00 and $39.45 for orders totaling $500.01 to $600.00. For Express Mail orders totaling over $600.01, please contact us via email at sales@mens-jewelry-store.com for a quote.
Refund Policy
We guarantee against manufacture defects on any men's jewelry product on this site. If your item has an obvious flaw, we will gladly take it back and refund you the original purchase price or exchange it for another item of equal value. Shipping & handling fees are NOT refundable. For obvious health reasons, earrings can not be returned. Custom sized or custom made items are NOT refundable - So, please be sure you have chosen the correct stone you want and/or the correct length you want an item to be. We will do everything possible to make your request as special as possible.
If you have to return an item to us, email first us at sales@mens-jewelry-store.com within 30 days of your invoice date (does not include shipping time) and let us know that you plan to return an item and the reason why. Items returned to us must be new and in original packaging. Please make sure that you return your Invoice, note the reason for the return, package the item similar to what you received it in and send to us via USPS Priority Mail. Please be sure to insure the package or we cannot accept any responsibility for your return. You will be sent a prompt refund once the item is received. If you desire an exchange, please let us know what item you wish to exchange it for and we will ship the new item promptly once your returned item has been received by us.

When it does come time to enter your personal information, you will notice that a "lock" will appear on the lower part of your browser. The information you provide for us will only be used in processing your order and is transmitted via Secure Communications. If you choose to be added to our emailing database, we will notify you from time to time of special sales or new additions to our web site. Your information will never be released to any other parties for any purpose.
